Minimum Order Quantities:- There is no minimum order quantities on retail orders.

GST:-  Prices are all in Australian Dollars and are GST inclusive.

Payments Accepted:-  Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Direct Deposit and Money Orders

Privacy Policy:-  The Northside Craft Shed has a secure site for credit card payment through the Paypal system so not even I will see any of your Credit Card Details.  We NEVER share any of your customer details with any third parties

Returns:- Provided address is given correctly, packages lost or damaged during shipping will be replaced depending on availability.  If lost or damaged items is out of stock a refund or store credit will be issued. If for any reason you do not like your item(s), please return them for a store credit of the purchase price.  Shipping and handling is not refundable.  Other retailer sells many of our eyelets, brads and embellishment.  Only items purchased from Northside Craft Shed can be covered by our warranty policy.  A Copy of the delivery invoice will be required.

Quotes:-  Quotes will only be given for bulk quantities. Quotes will be given on request only.  Quotes are only valid for 30 days from the date on the quote.  To accept a quote please sign and fax/mail/email (scanned copy only) back to me and I will send an invoice through to you for payment. All quote accepted will take 2-4 weeks delivery once payment has been received.
