Bulk Quantities:- Bulk quantities are more than welcome. High volume quantities over 300 will require a quote due to the discount structure. The higher the order value the higher the discount. To receive a quote please look through the site choose the products you wish to purchase and email it through to me. Remembering to include product codes and description and quantity required of each product. All quotes accepted will take 2-4 weeks delivery once payment has been received.

Quotes:- Quotes will be given on request only. Quotes are only valid for 30 days from the date on the quote. To accept a quote please sign and fax/mail/email (scanned copy only) back to me and I will send an invoice through to you for payment. All quote accepted will take 2-4 weeks delivery once payment has been received.

Returns:- Provided address is given correctly, packages lost or damaged during shipping will be replaced depending on availability. If a lost or damaged items is out of stock a refund or store credit will be issued.
If for any reason you do not like your item(s), please return them for a store credit of the purchase price. Shipping and handling is not refundable. Other retailer sells many of our eyelets, brads and embellishment. Only items purchased from Northside Craft Shed can be covered by our warranty policy. Copy of delivery invoice will be required. ALL RETURN ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVE WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAY OF RECIEPT OF ORDER.
